The Culinary Blueprint™ was built by a culinary lifer who has worked every angle of the house: stadiums, senior living, hotels, universities, restaurants, and high‑volume catering. We know what it feels like to be short‑staffed, behind schedule, and still expected to be perfect when the health inspector walks in.
